E-glass woven roving available less than market price.
E-Glass Woven Roving is made from continuous glass fiber roving which are interlaced into heavy weight fabrics. Or we can say that Woven Roving is a bidirectional fabric made by interweaving direct roving in plain weave pattern. It is compatible with most resin systems. With Woven Roving as a general rule estimate the resin/reinforcement ratio at 1:1 by weight. Woven Roving is available in a variety of weaves, weights, widths and finishes to suit a wide range of applications.
Densely aligned fibers results a high strength. It is ideal for multi-layer hand lay-up applications where great material strength is required. Good mold ability and drape, wet out and cost effective ability making handing easy and economic. Warp and weft rovings aligned in a parallel and flat manner resulting in uniform tension and very little twist. Excellent roll out is the uniqueness along with good wet-out in resins.
